The Stonegrill Concept is exclusive to The Cube Hotel.

Simply select from our menu and the fresh ingredients are served to your table still cooking on super-heated volcanic stones.

These specially selected stones, chosen for their heat retention, are baked to 400 degrees in our purpose-built Stonegrill oven.

Meals are presented within a protective wooden serving tray, sided by crispy chips, aioli, and house slaw

Using fresh local and seasonal ingredients, our dedicated chefs look forward to giving you a taste sensation that is the hottest flavour in town!

A little aged never hurt anyone! New to the Cube Hotel Steakhouse is our In-house Dry Aged steak. Drying aging is a natural process that intensifies a steak’s flavour, t the same time creating a very tender steak. Tender and tasty! Giving you a wonderfully rich taste experience.
